About a month ago I noticed a red circle on the underside of my penis, and shortly after noticed a matching red spot on my scrotum where it tests against my penis. I have been washing it regularly since I've noticed it, but it hasn't showed any improvement. I do a lot of hiking but I never feel any friction in that area. It is a shiny red circle about half an inch wide, not itchy, not noticeably raised but you can feel the dryness. Any help would be appreciated, thank you
