Hi canthink

It is great you have stopped smoking weed the affects drugs can have on the mind can be overwhelming.

Is there any other street drugs you are using or are you drinking alcohol either mixed with prescription medications can cause issues.

Returning to your doctor and explaining how you are feeling would be the place to start sometimes it takes a bit of adjusting in medications to find the correct medication and dosage to help with a person’s particular issues with minimal side effects.

Hi canthink
You have taken the most important step by stopping smoking many think it is just weed but unfortunately you are experiencing firsthand what the potential damage can be from regular use of weed.
Your doctor can do med adjustments or refer you to a specialist to help you get back on track occasionally a short hospital stay is needed to regulate medications.
When you’re dealing with issues like you are experiencing it can be overwhelming but there is help available start with your doctor and ask about mental health services in your area you could benefit from joining a support group these services can teach you relaxation techniques and help you develop skills to better manage what you are experiencing.
With the proper supports in place and the right medications you will be able to manage your symptoms and with doing this you will gain control of your illness rather than it having control over you.
Small steps with realistic goals is the way to go down the road to recovery.
