after eatting a big meal i seem to hear my heart in my ears or palputation of course they say it a panic attack but i donot think so 1 also get tired easy and if i donot get pleanty of rest the palputation start6 up

That's a possible sign of a food allergy. Try this, take your pulse while a rest, before the meal and then after the meal. Another you may want to take note of is your pupils...if the pupils get larger after the meal...this too is a sign of food allergy. :-)
