What can you tell me about the passive immunization and its benefits? What does it actually presents? I got something like this because I cut myself accidentally in the kitchen and I admit it did bleed a lot. I am ok now, but I am still not knowing what I received.
It was a sort of vaccine. Actually, a vaccine is the active immunization, where the body is stimulated to produce its own defense. In the passive immunization, the defense is given to the patient, already active and prepared to struggle with an ongoing condition, whatever that might be. I guess then it was not such a minor injury after all.
