I have pco and im not on any pill, yet from the time i started taking glucophage my monthly cycle has been regular every month. At first it used to be very heavy flow but now its more manageable. It's just that this month my monthly cycle is late as i usually get it on the first or second of each month. I'm not sure if it's possible that i cud be pregnant or my monthly late. I am experiencing headaches, slight nausea, lower back aches, a sick feeling in the evenings, lower stomach pain and severe heartburn. I feel confused.
