Couldn't find what you looking for?

TRY OUR SEARCH!

So, It sounds like a lot of us are in the same situation. I tried this today after years of searching-- same story as the rest of you guys with multiple doctors who told me not to care and that they can't or won't do anything.

I'm not sure if i burned enough, since I didn't use numbing cream, only ice. It didn't hurt as bad as I thought, on the big ones at least. If it works then I might get the cream to finish of the last of the small ones, but if the big ones go that might be good enough for me. They popped and made a hissing sound just like the posts here said they would. The pain was minimal, soldering irons actually don't do the kind of damage you would think (i used a 30w).

The reason I'm not sure if I did it enough is because it's three hours later and there is no pain, only very minimal discomfort. I got that popping sound though, so I hope things work out. I had been searching the internet forever, and this sounded TOTALLY crazy to me a few days ago, but the more I read the more it started to make sense to me.

I will report back.

Just updating after a week since the procedure. Things are looking good, the head has smoothed out and most of the scabs have peeled off. Its still very sore if touched though so I think another week or two is needed before I'm 100% again. I will update again in a week or so.

Hi, I am SoTiredOfScams, I forgot my password :p .I am 31 Yo now. As I said, I have SP on my penis.I went to a Dermatologist and burned-"killed" a couple of SP glands, (not with CO2 laser, but with a Hyfrecator-electrosurgery) just to check if it will leave scars. Scars disappeared after 6 months, but SP came back after a year or so. Doctor already warned me, that PPP can be cured, but SP, just doesn't worth it, because 1.)of possible scars 2.)High possibility to reappear 3.)Loss of skin elasticity because of the mass skin burn. (none of my gfs seemed to ever notice tho). Keep in mind the factors that ur younger= better heal ability, u have SP elsewhere, U might have worse, or better SP condition than anyone else's who claims anything here, Ur body might respond differently. Now, if u want my advice after some years of research on how to cure SP: CO2 laser or, better, PIEB method. As regards using soldering iron to ur lips, I believe it might leave scar, because I have scars just by popping pimples on that area. If I recall correct, I've read on forums about ppl claim that Pieb method has been used to lips SP too, successfully. Wish u the best

Hey these things are not as awful as you guys think. I'm 23,  yh for awhile it was embarrassing and affects your self esteem but it is normal. I've had them from i was 14 at first i was scared cause i was a virgin and i was wondering what they were. It didn't affect my sex life thou lost my virginity about a month later. I've told one girl about it the others didn't have a clue. Once you find the right girl trust me this sh*t isnot  important she will understand  just make her look it up online and discuss it with her. Don't go burning up your penis its not worth it.

Personally I found mine were not just visually displeasing, they were physically uncomfortable; possibly because mine were quite large. It was a really unenjoyable feeling to have anything touch them. That sort of sensation is gone now, and I don't regret burning them off, but I will of course always recommend having the procedure done by a doctor instead of doing it at home. The worth of getting rid of them will be different for everyone who has them, if they don't bother you, cool, if they do bother you, get them taken care of.

I'm 22, had these probably for like 10-12yrs. My wife and past girlfriends never really noticed or mentioned em. You guys just gotta have some confidence and whip the little guy out with no shame. I still wanna get rid of them though just to have that normal, pornstar looking peen you know? So I wanna give this a try, just don't want my wife to know about it until its healed cuz she'll kill me seeing as she's a germ freak. So gotta find a good 2 weeks where there will be no sex. Once I do it, hope it works with no side effects. One question, does sensitivity remain the same after healing?

I should also say that im TRYER from a few posts above. The first burn with no emla helped alot brought the size down by about 3 quarters with no blisters, did it again with emla and it took two weeks to heal smooth as a babys butt.

A gradual and scar free way is 30% TCA applied with a qtip, also makes you junk look "brand new" after a few weeks. After the dermatoligist told me he would cut and cauterize them I said ok, but the when he said he would give me a lidocaine injection I was like can we do it without, cuz dude you're not sticking that needle in my penis. So he said just use lidocaine jelly before my next visit.

Being a biology major and all I start ransacking through my med cabinet and found my mole remover (the tca) I've been using it for 6 weeks and the ppp are pretty much gone with no scaring and very mild discomfort if you have a bottle of vodka and a box fan on hand when doing this.

Steps:

clean with alcohol

you may want to vasoline unaffected areas but you'll have to do some maneuvering to prevent your forskin from touching the carona (if you have one). Apply the TCA with a qtip to entire carona and do not miss a papule, then it'll just look weird with a few sitting out there while the others are being sent on a long trip.

Repeat, 2 to 3 times in 15min intervals (time period between pain)

It is painful and will burn but only momentarily while the acid penetrates and burns the top layers.

Follow up care:

Do not use vasoline to ease pain I found it kept those suckers there longer. Keep the area dry

in 2 to 3 days your skin will begin to peel and it's ok to peel the skin off, you'll be amazed at the results I repeat the process once a week until they're nearly gone.

I think I have one more treatment but what remains is only noticeable to me, if you have foreskin it feels different masterbating but you won't lose any sensation in fact I've noticed an increase in sensitivity. Differ. feeling meaning less friction.

and guys, please only do this to the PPP, not anywhere else on your Penis.

The skin on your penis is very thin. I saw someone say that they burned somewhere else on their Penis head to remove a mark.

Don't be stupid! The skin here is much thinner than it seems and that will easily turn into a third degree burn that could put you out of business for 6 months to Permanently :) .

Last update after 3 weeks. Things have now fully healed and results are pretty decent. There is some slight scarring but nothing major (I heavily overdone the burning), I will be leaving it for about 6 months now and if any come back i will redo the procedure.

My Tips would be to take your time when burning and don't press too hard,

apply antiseptic ointment on a morning and night for the first week,

and don't masturbate for 2 weeks, because every time you masturbate you delay the healing process and it could even stop your penis healing to 100% again

:O Sorry you had some scarring! Sounds like you may have overdone. I had no scarring or anything, and healed in half that time.

I personally hardly held it on the PPP for a second. Just until i heard that pop. It wasn't black brown or burn, just grayish.

It's been about 7/8 months since I did mine. And where the PPP was is still the best look part on my peen :)

Toothpaste is going to dry your epidermis, just to let you know. It will dry it out, and it's going to look dark. You'll might want to see a dermatologist now.
