Try using saran wrap for the air tight dressing. Also, don't put toothpaste on your penis, it's actually really harsh on your skin (not to mention painful), just use a topical antiseptic and give it time.

I wouldn't use that one if i was you, your best option is to buy a brand new clean one. Otherwise your asking for infection. Cheap new ones will cost somewhere between £5-10

As someone who uses soldering irons for actual soldering, use the 30w. A 120w iron (likely what your dad has) will be WAY hotter than you need to get rid of the PPP and I would not recommend using it. You're doing a controlled burn on yourself, not cooking a steak, more power is not better.

You definitely want to use a 30w iron if you're going to do it.

I tried toothpaste, nail file, tea tree oil, castor oil and iodine. None worked and they all were more of a hassle and/or painful than the numbing cream and soldering iron method. Castor oil will be a waste of your time and money.

If you go to a doctor to have them removed they will give you some EMLA cream to put on before your appointment then they'll burn off the papules with a Co2 laser. Pretty similar to the soldering iron. It's nerve wracking to do on yourself, but it actually works.

The brand of cream I used is EMLA, it's available over the counter in my area but it may not be depending on where you live; if not you can find tattoo numbing cream online that should work just as well and won't require any prescription. Any brand of soldering iron will work fine, just make sure it's 30w and has a small tip like a sharpened pencil. Last thing you'll need is a topical antiseptic like Polysporin or Neosporin. I've written about doing it and the healing process so you can read through the earlier pages to see how it went.

I was unaware that i am having PPP but i seen 3 to four little PPP on both side of my penis under head. The 2 are white colour and a bit bigger then the other 2 which are skin colour but the tips are white and can feel by finger.. as before i was unaware so i rip the top white part of ppp with my nails. but they are back again now they are more hard but a bit diminished.   after it i searched on google and seen the images of PPP then i found that i also have PPP around the rim of my penis but they are very small and not noticeable.

Now i really need some advice from you guys that what should i do? Should i try first nail file way? or do soldering iron thing? Another thing i want to know that the unnoticeable PPP around the rim of my penis are many. will they grow more? Should i wait for them to grow and could be seen easily so that i do try soldering iron method or they will not grow (I hope they will not grow)

The nail file method does not work, I've tried it, don't do it.

How long ago did you first notice them? If you've had them for a while it's unlikely they'll grow any more.

Really Appreciate your help for ppp victims :) Around 1 Months Before I seen the under head ppc and 15 days ago i seen the rim earlier i thought the rim one are just my rough skin but now when my tool was fully erected i seen very little ppp. its like if i touch it i will hardly feel it.. unless i have in mind that i have ppp . I am thinking to wait some more days.. do you know how much time it take to grow? Do all have different size ppp?

I had mine for over 10 years so it's hard to remember how long it took for them to reach full size. There's a wide range of how big they get, it's possible that the ones you have won't get any bigger. I would wait a while before doing it if I were you. Maybe do the big ones now, but from the sounds of if the other ones never get bigger there's no point in burning yourself.

Bottom line if your really interested in getting rid of the PPP than u need the soldering iron and numbing cream, no better method....i have a 30watt and the thing gets really hot, just touch the tip of the iron to the PPP for about 1 second, that should be enough to burn it away, if its very small amount around the head of penis, then just tap repeatedly  in that area with the hot iron, i did very small taps at 1st because i was nervous that the cream may not have worked, but it did, obviously its a good idea to tap your penis with something pointy to see if your fully numb, and my junk stayed numb for hours and that also made me nervous.....take ur time!:-|

This method seems intriguing, and there seems to be quite a few of you who have been willing to try, but it would be great to hear from someone who's done it and had an extended period of time go by.  Did they grow back, are you still papule free, etc?  I've never been sold on any of the home remedies myself, but i came across this post and feel it's worth at least taking into consideration.  Thanks fellas.

its been like 3 months, its way better than it was, i didnt 100% get rid of them all, not seeing any grow back, a second light treatment i think would get rid of the 5% remaining
