Hey Scared,
The first thing I tried was something I bought from wal-mart and it was only 4 percent lidocaine, mixed with benzocaine I think. I still felt it so your results may be different.

Then what I got was a tattoo number cream that was 10% lidocaine and prilocaine. Didn't feel a thing.

PPPslayer, I used Polysporin as well, from what I understand Neosporin is better once you actually have an infection, it has one ingredient which Poly doesn't, but some people have reactions to it. I would just stick with the Poly.

Javon, I can really only speak about EMLA cream, it's 2.5% lidocaine and 2.5% prilocaine; so any other brand cream with those ingredients should work.

It's been a month since I did it and none of them have grown back, so once again, many thanks to all the guys who did it before me.

Well guys I'm very thankful I found this thread. I'd been debating going to the doctor to finally have them removed but I figured I'd try this first. Had these things since 12-14 and I'm 27 now. I've never had a single comment, off look, or reservations from girls or girlfriends but like all of you it's that personal sight and stress we've dealt with forever.

Anyway, I went online and bought the tattoo cream. Threw it on there to see if it'd go numb (which is did), then went out and bought a soldering iron. I bought a battery operated one as it had the smallest tip. I had about 2-3 rows of them around the entire head so I wanted to get each one. It said on the box it heated to 900F which was good enough for me. I came back, put more cream on, and then went to work. Hitting that first one is absolutely terrifying..I know everyone else has said it, but it's seriously scary putting that to your little man.

Anyway they hissed, crackled, and popped and I worked my way around the head. Some I hit twice for good measure. I loaded up with neosporin and then put the foreskin back over. This is where my mistake was. Gents if you're going to do that, dip your man in cold water, stop the skin burning process. What I found was when I put the foreskin over the skin was apparently still hot or burning and it ended up causing red marks/minor burns on the inner foreskin.

That night it hurt so I put the tattoo cream on again so I could sleep. The next few days have been uncomfortable but i've still worked out and after 3-4 days I felt fine masturbating.

I'm currently a week and a day later and although there's still some healing and scabs to come off, most of the little eye sores are gone. I may have missed a couple small ones but i'll probably leave them to be honest at this point.

This method really does work. A week later and its strange seeing a smooth head! I'm looking forward to another week from now when things are healed up and back to normal.

Thank you to the guys on this threat who did it before and kept updating with their progress and advice. It's amazing 14 years later to finally have this stress gone!!!

Go to the link they post previously with the guys progression. I'm the one that posted as a guest two stories up.

Like the other guys on here have said, why would we go out of our way to make people burn their penises? yes there are sick people in this world, but how many on here have had success that have posted? 8-10? I don't need to persuade anyone that it works, I was posting my story and thanks to the guys here before me.

I don't give a sh*t if you have this stuff all over your penis. If you want to fret over it and look on these threads for hours and days seeing if you can "really find something that works" then clearly you're going through the same stuff the rest of us have, in my case for over a decade. I still have Fordyce which I'm not willing to try this method on. As for the head of my penis, it's over 2 weeks later and they're all gone and it's smooth. Looks great, still a little red and sensitive, But for the first time in the last 14 years the head of my penis looks like a normal penis. So goodluck with your other nail filing, oils, toothpaste and whatever, i hope you have success that route (even though no one else really has). I gave this a shot before dropping a grand at the doctor and it worked.

There will always be doubters. The best part about it, those that think this is all a scam, don't have to do it and can live with their PPP for ever while those that went through with it are free and clear

So no one can post a pic of the numb cream they used and the soldernign iron? wonder why?

So no one can read the thread and use Google? Wonder Why?

Just because you are illiterate and can't read the direct product IDs on eBay to the cream and ingredients, or instructions to pick up the cream at your local Wal-Mart doesn't mean this is a scam.

The hell do we need to post pictures of a Soldering Iron for? Have you never seen one?

Are we asking you or anyone else for money? NO. We're just trying to help people because it helped us, I don't know how you figured that we were trying to 'Scam' people.

If you don't believe it don't do it, no one's forcing you. Hell, with your attitude you probably deserve a scaly penis.

I've been getting a lot of bleeding is this meant to happen

Nat I had some bleeding in a couple of spots, i think its normal. Just make sure you keep it clean and keep putting the neosporin on it. The first few days will be painful and ugly looking. For me I had some PPP's that stuck around until almost the end of week two when they finally fell off. I had debated hitting them again with the soldering Iron but I'd recommend waiting until the 2 week mark and see what state you're looking at then. It sucks, but tough it out, keep it clean, dry and in two weeks you'll be in good shape.
