Hi everyone, i cant access my old account, it wont let me log in. I was mercedes/bmwboy.. Anyone eith pics or vids or any questions just send me a message on here or a request. LATEST UPDATE: i stopped doing the tea tree oil cause i saw most of it was gone and thought the last bit of white was gunna fall off as dead skin, week later after it did there was still a few left. Atm most of them like 65-70% are gone but i still have a few round the very bottom and top of the crown, most ones in middle have been removed, i am taking a pic today of what it looks like because tonight im starting to apply the tea tree oil again and will be able to show everyone the full process and progress.

After long search on the internet for treating these papules, I found an ointment that has worked since the first application and I got rid of them in few days without any side effects.
The ointment is called PPP bio ointment and cost 49 euro.
I recommend it with confidence.
The only cream in the world that treats pearly papules. Visible results from the first application. Immediate effect. Apply 2-3 times per day. Without pain or expensive surgeries, papules will disappear in couple of days

49 euros? That's still a lot to pay. I'm glad that treatment worked for ya :) But so far the soldering iron method is the only cheat and effective way out there.

Hey, how do you deal with the itchiness? I find that to be the greatest problem for me when I apply this stuff.

Ok I don't normally bother postings on forums and such, but this thread helped me so much that I feel I must give it forward by letting others know that I did give the soldering iron a go. Craziest thing I would never do I thought at first, but after reading all the positive feedback, I did it lol. So yes, it does work and it doesn't leave a scar. Soldering iron does not, in fact, do the damage one would expect from it. All it does is dry up the outer, very thing layer of the skin making it white like a lightly fried chicken. After which this dead skin peels off on its own taking the papules with it. It took me 3 or 4 sessions because I was super gentle at first testing the waters on how much damage it does. The soldering iron part is easy. Just apply the numbing cream (pharmacies don't sell them, so get it online), wait till it kicks in and then apply the iron to each papule for about 1 second. The tricky part is whether to keep it dry or wet (with neosporine (antibiotic) or mederma (scar healing cream). First two times when I was gentle, there wasn't any bleeding or much immediate redness, so I kept it dry intentionally preventing the skin from healing up so it would turn dead and slough off quicker. I'm talking about a very thin outer layer of the skin here obviously. For that, you keep the foreskin off and don't apply any creams. Then once this white layer peeled, there was redness underneath, which was gone super quick with the use of Mederma covered by foreskin (scars and wounds heal up quickest in wet environment.) These two light sessions didn't peel enough skin for me, so I decided to go harder by applying the iron for like 2 seconds multiple times with 1 minute breaks for cooling the skin off. I did that till the damage looked strong enough. This time I didn't just apply it to the biggest papules, but encircled the whole rim to take care of the tiny ones there. This created a bigger wound which was on the edge of bleeding. I applied Neosporin just to calm inflammation down for starters. After a couple of days I finally let it air dry and allowed the scab form (which is something you want because once it comes off, the papules will go with it). Though inflammation was still there. I highly recommend aloe vera (real plant) juice for this. Antibiotic is only good for preventing infection in the early hours when the skin might be bleeding a little.

Also I want to add that before going into the soldering iron adventure, I did try all the worthless nonsense like tea tree oil, black african soap, chemical peels and even a wart removal product (for the love of god, please don't try wart removal on papules - it burned the skin and took months to heal up)

hey bro.i had a better solution for ppp and its 100% sure!use the OIL from a fresh CASHEW NUT.just apply it on the corona of your genital organ until you feel a bearable burning sensation, leave it over night.remember you only need to do it once.and on the third day you will notice the darkening of the applied part,it means the skin is starting to dry, then on the 5th day it will start to peel.NO PAIN!NO SCARS!AND NO BUMPS ANYMORE!trust me i tried and prove it.just wanted to help:D

Doctor removed mine with radio waves, it looks perfect now, I tried many different oils, tootpaste, nothing work. Soldering iron sounds to0 dangerous for me,  it was very cheep, it costs only 60 euros and done by pro so minimum danger. Cosmetical surgery is cheep in eastern european countries,so make an appointment and dont risk making a mess by doing it yourself.

Don't buy that pdf. I bought it and it is useless. I used soldering iron instead.

Guys I really want to try the soldering iron method but im literally too scared to use it on myself because my ppp arent that large theres just alot of little ones. Was it the same for you guys? did the iron ever touch the penis at all because it just seems so impossible but I still want to try it eventually.

You just have to touch the papules with the soldering iron. When it heals, your penis look just the way it did before the papules. I was scared at first but got the courage to burn them. I'm sure you can too
