Penis - burning sensation mainly after ejaculation

after ejaculation if ur penis burns from inside......then....drink more and more water....it will go offf.....and if the burning sentation still remains....then.....boil half litre of water put  a tea spoon of salt ..apply mustard oil and massage your penis ...and make it erect...and dip your penis in the boiling water......twice.....it willl help you....

I have this same problem. I have noticed the warm washcloth works or squeezing it out kind of works. This is majority for me, and by others, brought on by drinking. Yes, stds  come back negative. What about HPV? I have 2 kids with my girlfriend and there is no way to test men for it. My girlfriend has HPV as do majority of women. I wonder if this is a hidden side affect for men with HPV, since I have never shown any symptoms, but surely am a carrier. Guys, not much to worry about HPV because most women have it and guys usually don't have signs or symptoms or a test to show you have it. HPV is a fairly new STD and I just wonder. Hope this helps.

I'm suffering from sleep apnea syndrome for last 5 years! Day time i fall sleep even am working."what to do?" I'm also diabetic and hypertensive and on medication.

33 years Old now had this issue since I was 14. That rules out some strange new std.  Here are my solutions:

 

1.  Sit in bathtub full of warm water.  Grab a magazine or something, sometimes it takes awhile for the pain to go away.  Pee in tub if you feel the urge.  When pain finally subsides, take a quick shower (especially if you, you know, peed in the tub)

 

2. In a pinch, warm washcloth or cube of warm water.

 

3. Drink water, dilute the pee.

 

4. This problem seems to occur less with me when I take lots of vitamin C.  Not always, however.

 

5. Booze almost always makes this problem worse, as does consuming vast quantities of grease. Avoid if possible.

 

6. The idea of taking a dump before sex (or flogging the dolphin lol) does seem to have some bearing on how bad the pain will blands how long it lasts.  To me, this points to a prostate issue of some sort.

 

thats it for my advice, this is a really shitty problem to have, so any further advice would be great.

I have been having this burning sensation in the urinary canal after ejaculation since I was 15 years old. I should say I had sex for the first time with a girl when I was 20 yrs .I got treatment from a local doctor( Eastern medicine called Sinhala Kasaya.) I t healed me for 3 years.Unfortunately the doctor passed away later and I do not have the prescription either. My temporary solution is drinking a lot of water before sex.Then I do not get this pain.My advice is not to take alcohol except beer before sex. If you have not drunk enough water you may get burning sensation. So immediately drink a liter of water. A purgative once an year would me more helpful as my Sinhala doctor gave me a purgative before giving me other treatments .

This struck me. For some reason I went on a wine drinking craze for a week. Then I urinated a clot of blood. Ever since then I have had this problem. It cleared up and I drank wine again and no has returned. Maybe it could be wine for some of us.

I too have had this problem. Its cuz of some sperm not able to come out during ejaculation. It happens mainly when u ejaculate by sitting thus the direction of outflow is opposite to gravity which makes some sperm to remain in. The sperm which remains inside dries up and causes buring sensation. If u r stuck up with it, never go to pee, just wait, take lot of water, and wait for half an hour. After that you pee, and all the dired sperm gonna come out, and it will end. Also, always ejaculate such that the direction of ur penis is downward or horizontal. Also, try to use some lubes as u might be doing very hard!! lol

I am 21 years old. This happened to me the last two times I masturbated. Awful pain inside the tip of my penis, tried to pee it out but only drips come out. Takes about half an hour sitting on the toilet for it to become bearable, and about an hour before it goes away. Both times I drank about two beers before. Not sure what is going on. Afraid to have sex or masturbate ever again with and without alcohol because it was the second worst pain I have ever felt. I am healthy, doubt its an std (only had unprotected sex once which was about 2 months ago). Don't know if doctors are a help but i guess worth a shot. Any advice 

I've the very same problem, and it seems that wine is the cause for my problem either!
Lying on the chest (back up) seems to partially help, but patience of course, is the only proven medicine till far (15 min in my case).
I'll visit a doctor next week and keep you updated.

Im 21 and i have this problem, only when i consume alcohol though. i believe i read somewhere ejaculation causes small rips on the inside of your penis therefore the added alcohol content to your pee causes a painful burn lasting 20 min to an hr.

 

Drink a lot of water before sex. Don't take alcohol.Mild beer is ok.Better to drink a lot of water immediately after sex too.

Use lemon juise with one glass water,lemon juise concetration should be high.baking soda with water are two easy way to get relief from burning sensation after sex.

Yeh sat here now experiencing same problem. Always at night and always after a beer. Its an irritating pain that keeps you awake when you just want to sleep. Will not have it for months then all of a sudden its back. Nothing to worry about I would say - just one of those thing's. Don't want it again? Then don't mastetbate at night after having a beer! Easier said than done though! Lol. Ah well the pain will go shortly and I will be fast asleep - all will be forgotten about... until the next time!

Hi, just seen this thread. Just to let you all know, you may think these symptoms are normal, but they are not, whatever your doctor says. Get tested for Trichomoniasis. 3 and a half million people in the states have this std, a lot without side effects. Very easy to catch. The parasite can live for 45 minutes outside the human body, easily spread through towels etc. One of the most curable of all std’s. Burning sensation after ejaculation, especially after drinking alcohol, lasts about 20 - 25 minutes, trying to force pee to get rid of it. The most annoying thing ever. Get tested, and stop the agony. Best thing I’ve ever done!!
