So what happens is that when you ejaculate you gotta wait 10 mins before you pee. If you pee right after you cum, you will feel this burning, irritation on the tip of the head. And it feels like you gotta pee but nothing comes out. Only drops.
I read about this and it has to do with some sperm getting into some wrong canal or something like that.

I've had this issue for months now. Whenever I ejaculate and then go to pee after, I end up with a burning sensation that lasts ~30mins that makes me feel like I really gotta go pee again even though only droplets come out. I noticed that the problem is going to pee BEFORE ejaculating. If I go pee ~30mins before ejaculating/masturbating, I get a burning feeling next time I go pee. However, if I hold it in and masturbate despite feeling like I gotta pee (don't worry about it, ejaculation is prioritized over peeing, so you won't piss yourself when you bust a load), I feel fine the next time I pee.

I had unprotected oral sex and since have had an uncomfortable feeling around the penis. I have done 3 urine tests and all come back negative and also seen the doctors multiple times and they have no idea what it is and they keep saying I’m fine and stop worrying when I’m clearly not fine.....
I get slight burning after ejaculation and also have felt very nauseas. It might sound strange but I’ve had a big increase in my appetite and usually most STDS I’ve read up on, you can lose your appetite??
Other symptoms are tingling sensation around testicles and also slight urinal discharge
Can anyone find an answer to these symptoms and it would be incredibly appreciated ?
