The top of my penis head has discoloration. The top is a pink color and when irritated it gets red. It looks like it has a "dry shine" (if that is understandable) to it. My penis head is naturally brown and you can see that color on the under side of my penis head. This isn't a new problem for me, it has been like this for a little while. I believe it happened in the shower using soap as a lubricant. I believe it was too rough and damaged the top of my head. I was wondering what type of ointment/cream I could use to get the color back to normal. I have read about hydrocortizone cream but I am unsure if that will work, and is that like Cortizone 10 that you can get at your local drug store? I have some CP Betamethasone Dip 0.05% ONT that I use for my psoriasis, would that be OK to use on my penis head? Any help would be appreciated.
