my foreskin is attached to the bell of my penis but i am not sure why. i have done a little reaserch and it is not the frenulum that is attached but it is the actual skin. last night i was having sex and it was very painfull buy it isnt ussualy. this morning when i woke up and my penis was stinging and when i checked the skin had split off the bell a bit. what shoud i do?

U should see a doctor or get circumcised, there aren't any problems as far as i know
