I haven't really shaved all of the hair of my pubic area before but I did about a month ago and there was a patch of red on the bottom of my penis. The next day it turned white and I had dry skin. To this day it is still there. The skin is cracked and has blood in the cracks. Ive tried putting lotion and bacitration on it and it's still there. What do I do?
