You you and your wife using a water-based lubricant. If not, use one. Also, are you circumcised. Part of the problem can be the foreskin on an uncircumcised penis. If you aren't circumcised and you are using a condom, retract the foreskin when putting on a condom. See a doctor if you continue to have problems.
