Chastity cage that was really tight and now and now that it's off I have foot and back pain . I have the same issue I'm 27, smoke weed, and I have this weird crater looking thing on my penis , very small, like a pimple tiny, and it feels like 2nd or 3rd layer of skin when u I touch and it burns..m.that nerve is somehow connected to my left toes and I feel like squeezing it sometimes, at times back of my hips start feeling down to my inner knees to my ankle and toe,, a nerve seems to be connected.

My symptoms are:
-same discolouration on the penis tip
-red/purple bump on the tip (left side)

I think it’s due to the Pudendal Nerve (either damaged or entrapped) or more specifically the Penile Dorsal Nerve which is one branch of the dorsal nerve. It’s either damaged, irritated, entrapped or inflamed. I’ve gone through all the prostatitis / STD rigmarole and it’s likely not any of those. PN or PNE is most fitting

I have a similar pain. Only it starts when I start to urinate. It starts behind my scrotum and shoots down both legs to the big toes. It tingles around fading away. I had a big toe removed so there it fades as soon as it reaches it. Several docs have no idea as to what causes it.
