Penis size changes during the day

My penis size, when not errected, varies during the day. It is sometimes normal (in the evening after a shower), but can be very small at another part of the day (in the morning). Can anyone help me??! What kind of disease is it ?? Is it due to stress, ...etc???

This is normal mate. It is not a disease, it happens to all of us. My penis too changes size and it can be really small (my girlfriend usually laughs then but I don’t mind because I know it is temporary thing). It can also be normal size, it is never big though (when not erect).
I guess it depends on different factors. For example, it gets smaller when it is cold and bigger when warm.
Maybe you improve circulation after a shower (if you don’t shower with very warm water) and then some blood gets inside and makes it bigger, I don’t know, I am no doctor but I know for a fact that it is normal and you have nothing to worry about.
Hasn’t it always been like this?

i think it is normal. When I wake up it is hard and erect. during shower it is well hung. and evenings it is microscopically very small and then returns to normal size before getting hung again. Not to discount those time when i feel turned on it enlarges most often

this is normal. You know your penis is erected when blood flows in. And that is all. So you may just have more blood in your penis. And that is why it changes the size.

This happens to me too. My penis will be small for days sometimes, then I go through weeks of thickness. It is a hormonal thing. Men go through hormonal fluctuations that very few people talk about.

That's been happening to me for years. I thought it might've been due to an early injury and was afraid that it wasn't normal. But it's never interfered with arousal, potency or sexual functioning and I have healthy kids and grandkids. So nothing to worry about. It used to be very embarrassing in high school locker rooms.

I'm on steroids and contrary to popular opinion it does not affect penis size..but my point is,despite being 1000 mg up on any normal male...one week I'll be 6.5" erect..but then on some random week I'll be almost 8"..I just don't get it?

I agree too. During the morning is when it gets largest. I am 14 and that is what happens to me. In the afternoon too.

Yes cold and heat have something to do with it at times, but I’ve also noticed a difference in my energy levels. When I feel weak, it’s usually pretty numb and very small, no matter what I try to make it bigger. This happens to me every day during the morning and early afternoon. At night it can almost triple in size without me doing anything. I do however feel more sensation (not arousement) and more energy.

I have daily dramatic swings in penis size. Take today for examp!e: I get out of the nice warm bed and my flaccid length is well over 5 inches. I go out for a run in 36 degree temperature and get home and strip to see a turtles penis about 1.5". I take a shower and dry off I'm about 4". I do some work around the house and I'm about 3". A typical day for me.

If I were relaxing outside on a hot day or in a sauna I'd be about 6" However, if I swim in water below 70 degrees I'm about 1.5 inches. So...how big am I flaccld?
