Hi im 14 and not sexually active , i have shiny papules on the shaft of my penis and i have clear pimple/bumps on the inside of my foreskin at the top on the inside. I have been asked to be givn head and all those type of things , and go to all these parties but my selfesteam is to lon (sorry if i spelt it wrong) and do now want to go to any of these parties and not get sexual. i have only madeout and nothing else , would the bumps i have be STDs by any chance , and am i able to start getting sexual , NOT SEX.
