I'm 15, and my penis hasn't really grown yet. It's 3.5 inches erect and 3 inches girth. I hit puberty when I was 12, but my development sort of stalled, I haven't had my growthspurt yet (5'1) and I also cannot ejaculate.
My dad said he was a late bloomer but I'm kind of worried things wont speed up. Your thoughts?
