I am sure this is the issue i have.
It all started after my last chiropractic session, he probably pulled my neck.

So I've never had any back problems or pain in my life. Just lots of anxiety and some depression. I'm 32 and have just had a chiropractic session which was network spinal analysis which is this... ***this post is edited by moderator *** *** posting of web addresses is not allowed*** Please read our Terms of Use It is supposed to help the brain connect more efficiently with the body, release years of tension.I know I've always held stress and tension in my upper back and shoulders but never had any pain, just tightness. Since having it done (one session), I've noticed tingling down my spine, my back feels quite loose and also more hard to the touch (not soft firm like before but more like I can actually feel the bones in my back) I've never had this sensation before in my spine but I'm thinking it's where my spine has loosened and is now more free to move and nerves are not now held in a tight position but more flexible. Maybe this will settle over time, maybe I will need more sessions. I'm going to contact the clinic to ask about this. It could be a release of tension in the back for people and where nerves are more free to move. It definitely feels like nerves as it's tingling and quite sensitive. I'm just using my curious but logical mind to guess and try and figure out if this could be the case so don't take my word for it. Has any of you had a release of tension or stress recently? Check out ***this post is edited by moderator *** *** posting of web addresses is not allowed*** Please read our Terms of Use and it might highlight or open your eyes to learning more about the spine. Hope this helps.

I’ve had tingling below my right shoulder blade for a while now - I’m not exactly sure when it started - maybe a few months ago.

I had a cyst removed from the very same area several years ago. I’d noticed last autumn that the cyst had reappeared and was protruding quite noticeably again. I happened to join Weightwatchers and lost a stone in weight and the cyst has ‘flattened’ or disappeared.

I wondered if the tingling was nerve damage from the small op to remove the cyst, but now I wonder if the cyst is still present but, with the weight loss, has kind of sunk into the skin and is pressing on a nerve.

The tingling drives me crackers...

Finally SOLVED my problem with tingling. Look up DR JOHN SARNO if you are willing to try anything and nothing else has worked. The mindbody prescription OR Healing Back Pain! Trust me nothing else worked, Im so grateful.

Yeah I have this too and I am pretty sure it is from using a mouse all the time and leaning on my right elbow a lot. I also have tingling in my lower back on the left side and thats from herniated discs.

I have this but I don’t think it is bizarre that we all have the same symptoms, it just seems that way; it is an illusion because we all searched the same symptom so we are all going to have the same problem. It just seems at first coincidental that we all just happen to have the same problem. It’s probably not as common as we think.

Did you ever get the answer to the tingly spot below your right shoulder?
Just that I have similar symptoms with an area about the size of thumb just below the skin that tingles for short periods of time but several times a day too. This has been going on for 4 months now.
I find certain movements will activate it and when I spoke to the doctor and osteopath neither of them had any particular idea other than the mention of shingles but nothing to indicate that. I have no other symptoms as far as I can tell and wonder what it could be. I
Best wishes,

I found this while researching
A tingling sensation in the left shoulder blade can be caused by paresthesia, shoulder pain or shoulder numbness, and may be an early symptom of multiple sclerosis, as reported by Right Diagnosis. The tingling sensation is normally associated with "pins and needles" or even a burning sensation, and may then lead to a combination of numbness and a decrease in sensation. A tingling sensation is normally attributed to either a sensory nerve injury, damage or disease.

Nerve damage, disease or injury may be due to nerve entrapment, a nerve disease like neuropathy, multiple sclerosis or diabetes, or pressure being applied to the nerves directly or being applied to the spinal cord region.

Thank you so much for your response. I have been feeling this same thing the last couple weeks and was worried. But after reading your comment, I realized I have been playing a new game on the computer that requires fast and repetitive mouse clicking. It sounds ridiculous, but when I read your post...I immediately sat down and sure enough...that motion tenses the muscle in the same spot on my upper back.

Thanks!

I've had my numb spot for at least 20 years, initially not knowing of the numbness, cause it's in an area of my back that I cant reach...I thought it was just some weird kind of itch, til my wife noticed that no goose bumps were growing there . Over the years, family members have had their fun making sport of me,with some who like to hold ice cubes on the spot, to see if I can tell they are there...It's not painful, but it's IRRITATING as all hell because you can feel that somethinag's not right...you can scratch it and scratch it...I prefer a plastic fork...but it never goes away ,and you never get any relief from it..I like it to having a 4"x4" peel n stick patch on my back ...I sorta can tell it's there n u just don't know what...

...I'd like to add that at one point I'd scratched a section of about 4"x4" of my back so raw,it would bleed and heal over...the bleeding and scabs? Couldn't feel a thing ..
oh well...things could b worse...not much worse though ...our govt.thru the media has bombarded us with statistics and cases and photos ,showing all if the horror caused by the pandemic-- not really imposing martial law..just showing us just enough to catch people's eyes, and next their ears , and then they censor opposition ideas , don't show them in tv..don't run em in papers ,therefore they must be correct ...

Dr Berg says it’s the pancreas or liver causing this, as I have the same on my left side. Sometimes it itches, sometimes it burns, mostly it’s numb.

I have the same tingling that starts below the left shoulder blade next to my spine and radiates outward and then goes away. Lately I've been getting it several times a day. After reading most of these posts its starting to make me think its related to sitting at a desk leaning forward or slouching over a mouse and keyboard alot, causeing some kind of nerve or muscle pinch.
