Does the area where the piercing is looks any different? Red, swollen, tender to touch, warm...? For how long did you have the piercing? If I understood you right, the stabbing pain is in the area where the piercing is, or is it maybe that your stomach is aching, but unrelated to piercing? If the area where piercing is different than it was, then it might be infected, but depending on the type of pain, it could be some problem with the stomach, regardless of the piercing.
