Does anyone know if this is a pimple or something else? It's 2 inches above my penis, there's no pain and I've had it for about a week. There's only one and I've made sure not to touch it. I haven't had sex in 4 weeks, and that was with condoms.

Also, is there any way to remove whatever it is without going to a doctor?
