Talk about feeling embarassed. Never mind getting pimples on your face at the age of 15, but now you're getting pimples on your cooch. Ok... take a deep breath, relax, and listen. First of... don't be afraid of asking questions EVER when it comes to your health. Even your mom. She might understand more than you think.
Second, there ARE instances when pimples or small irritations develop "down under" so to speak. I myself have had a couple of whitehead looking abbrasions on the lips of my vagina over the years. Nothing major, it lasted for a couple of weeks and went away on its own. Your skin is the largest organ you have. It has pores everywhere, on your shoulders, on your back, on your face, and yes, even on the labia (lips) of your vagina. It's bound to happen, that one gets clogged.
The best advice I can give you, is to make sure you wash with a gentle feminine wash every day. You can find one over the counter at a drugstore like CVS. It helps to reduce irritation (soaps and certain shower gels can cause it) and also make sure you wear undies that breathe, like cotton. Don't wear anything synthetic. Also, if it is really bothersome, like in a spot that rubs together as you walk and causes pain, you might want to go see a dermatologist. I wouldn't recommend squeezing it yourself, but if you take a warm bath, you can push against the edges with your fingers, not your fingernails, gently. Don't force it, and if it doesn't want to come out just leave it alone, because you don't want bacteria to get in and cause an infection.
Hope this helps.
Good luck
