Try checking against pictures to make sure it isn't folliculitis.

Symptoms are:
Red bumps,
Itching,
Painful,
Whitepuss heads,
Can spead over body,

irritation can be healed off by using anti bacterial powder or cream and regarding pimples it takes long time to heal out use homeopathic medicine for long time and get healed.

I am a guy and Im starting to see this problem in only 1 armpit. Not sure what started it. I am very fit and lean. I eat very healthy. I use a natural home made deodorant that is basically coco butter, coconut oil, corn starch and essential oils. After not using any product for a few days it seems to be improving, but then went back to the same level of irritation once I started using the natural deodorant again. I am going to try tea tree oil.

I have this problem also and it is insanely painful....my mum hates how my body looks and says it is because of my "weight" and "lifestyle" but I'm in the normal range on the BMI chart...I use betadine before i go to bed and within an hour a bit of the pain goes away mum won't let me see a doctor because she thinks it's because of my weight..I'm glad im not the only one with this particular issue

I have it too. Wondered if I should check online for others that have had the same issue. I am also a man of 32 years with the bumps under my left armpit and a few on my back and stomach. Looks as if I need to see a doctor rather than letting it just pass away. From what I read above, it could stay with me for years if untreated. Thanks for the information.

The dermatologist will just tell you to dry your armpits better. I paid $200 to hear that.
I have found my own solution, seeing as though all deodorants irritate me, I now use Curerash powder. No sweat, no smell, no irritation.

Hey,

This description is exactly what i have, kinda glad to know im not the only one.
I had to see a few docs before i got a solution to the spots... I mainly get them underarms and across my stomach but also where i scratch or itch my skin even on my legs... I was prescribed an over the counter steriod cream and i use them on thw spots (little dab on each one) every morning and after getting out of the shower at night prevents them from getting worse and takes away the itchiness and they are completely gone within 2 days! The doc suggested i shower in water less hot, use natural shampoos as i have long hair, moisturiser every day (its tough to find one at first that doeant make them worse) i have very sensative skin... Basically thw doc said the main cause of these is just dry skin... Well for me at least! Can def reccomend steriod cream though... Life saver

I have the exact same thing, it is a bacteria growth that spreads so make sure you don't touch it and and then eat, rub your eyes, face, mouth e.c.t, I'm not sure what the cause is though because I got it straight after a music festival ( which went for 4 days and I wore singlets for all days ) but it's not from shaving or deodorants because it would be under both arms right? I use an ointment called thuja, it's a herbal ointment used for getting rid of fungi or bacteria growth, it kind of seems to be working, although it still is spreading a bit, but try it out and see what happens :) you can buy thuja at a pharmacy or organic produce store maybe?
