Pimple & cyst like bumps on armpits.

Hi, i saw those nasty big pimples on my friends armpits before. It was somewhat awful looking but thats not the point. The point is that they managed to squeeze it out. Have you tried squeezing it out? Can someone take a closer look and see if there is a tiny hole there? Are they like on one armpit or both and how long have you had it? Try squeezing it but if it wont come out refrain yourself from touching it because it could mean that your lymph nodes are swollen. They could be swollen for number of reasons, it can be a sign that you fought off some nasty infection recently. Did you? Other reasons may include some serious medical conditions but i would not go as far as that.
