So yesterday at school I started to notice that to the left of my vagina was achey. I didn't pay much attention to it although its never happened before. Well as the day had progressed it started to hurt a lot worse. So I used a hand held mirror and looked and I had sort of like a pimple down where the pain was. Well I woke up this morning and it has spread and hurts so bad that I'm in literal tears. And I definitely don't cry over stuff like this. I told my mom and she said that either it was a pore clogging up or it came from cold/flu like symptoms. She said that happens sometimes. But I just want to make sure because I don't feel right. I'm a virgin and never had sexual activity. Nor do I shave. So I'm pretty sure it's not an ingrown hair or an STD. Can someone please help??

Also, I have read other places that some girls pop there pimples when this happens, but this is so painful I wouldn't know how to do such a thing.
