At 19 you have a long life ahead and many great things to explore and discover. I am 80 years old and had so many childhood abuse issues to overcome and times I wondered how I could manage my emotions and thoughts for happiness. I would not exchange the wonderful life I have had for anyone or anything. I recommend that you find a group where you can share your story of thoughts and feelings and read self awareness books and you will begin to see grand and uncommon things happen in your life that you could not imagine prior to your taking charge of your life. Read Gloria Epstien's book on self esteem. She also felt no one cared about her as she was growing up and she prevailed by taking up writing and has been very successful in life. There are so many out there that feel the same as you do and have not succumbed to defeat. Happiness can only be attained through your decision to embrace it. That is the decision I made and many others have and are glad we did. AA, even if you don/t drink and AAnon alcoholics are two very good groups to attend. We can become addicted to our pain and your life is valuable and worth getting into the driver's seat. If I can help, please contact me.

I first posted on this forum about pins and needles all over my body several years ago. No one was ever able to tell me what was causing it until recently. I saw a chiropractor who diagnosed me with mylopathy, which is inflammation of the spinal cord which closes off the communication with nerves. She has been doing adjustments to my neck which are helping a lot.

Hey there,
I realise this thread is most likely dead but if there's anyone still out there some info would be appreciated.
I have been experiencing exactly the same symptoms for a little over a year now. Extreme numbness and tingling all over the body, hands, feet, head, chest you name it. It feels like bugs are crawling under my skin or there is electricity circulating around my body that needs to get out. The symptoms do not change, stop, get better or worse, it is a constant source of torture and nothing i do seems to help. I have been to a neurologist, GP, physician, alternative medicine and had a blood test. Nothing has helped in the slightest. If anyone found anything that helped them out give me some info!
Thanks

Hey all, I am 29 years old and have a one year old baby, who is quite heavy and i carry him lots. I also have anxiety. My symptoms are very similar. I get this weird tinging that travels all over my body, its like a very cold burning on my skin..i will feel it on my arms for a minute, then it travels to my neck stays there for half a minute, then i feel it on my knees then my throat...ect. IT only usually happens at nite. And i just started getting this like 3 weeks ago. Also like three months ago i started getting siatica like pains down my leg. Another tingling but not traveling or cold, just painful and in the same area always.
So, i was feelin really freaked about it, but reading all your posts about different causes actaully has made me feel ALOT better. I kept thinkin must be cancer! but look how many things it can be. THankyou guys.....
With that said, i am booked to get an MRI for spine and brain, just to rule it out. Then im going to a natro path to get leaky gut test, candida test, and food allergies tested. I shall report back to this site and let yall know how it went. Any other suggestions for tests for this tingling condition?
thanks again
