I had the same exact pins, needles, all over my body sensation. The doctor tested my blood, I have osteoarthritis. You may want to do a blood test that will tell you what's going on :)

I have no idea if you will ever read this but this sounds VERY much like Mast Cell Disorder. Seriously, look it up. It's kind of rare so most doctors either don't know about it or wouldn't think of it but I have a condition that goes hand in hand with this one.

I just googled this because I've been having pins and needles all over too. I hope you are considering surgery as scary as the thought is. I was told I had a 95% chance of being paralyzed from the neck down by three neuro surgeons so I had a 5 level fusion in my neck. It helped. it was a painful recovery and I'm homeless now, but I'm alive. But I've been starting to have numbness in my left leg from my lower back in the last few months and this pins and needles sensation has been oncoming also. I'm going to try b12 like the other posters, but I responded to you to encourage you to do surgery. Ask around for the best doctor. I had the same thing with my arms, they were going weak, I was also losing my balance and falling down, the surgery helped, even though it severed all the nerves to my left arm (the nerves have been regrowing and its a lot better now) and it was a painful recovery, but now that I'm through the worst of it, it was worth it.

I have deep pain in my shoulder blade and now started to feel sticking pains in different parts of my body. Chiropractor 3 visits didn't help. Vicks for the pain every night helps me. I just some Vicks on the area including ankles for RLS and it helps me to sleep. My lab work normal. My sticking tingly pops up anywhere anytime. Going back to get checked for circulation and blood clots.

I have the exact same problem, only it comes and goes. I haven't been to a doctor yet either. It started around the age when my period started so I always assumed that was the reason, Please let me know if you have found a solution to this yet.

Probably from parasites you don't know you have and Dr.s never check and it comes up negative most time but do a parasite cleanse at home and you will be HORRIFIED upon examining what comes out. Take photos with your phone zoomed by 5-10 times magnification, check you stool and you will see the reason for symptoms of CHRONIC FATIGUE, agitation, mood swing, depression, achy joints, stiff neck, bloat, gas, Diahrea or Constipation, apathy.

I would suggest visiting Neurologist, Endocrinologist. Do not self medicate even with vitamins. Get tests done for autoimmune diseases. I am experiencing same symptoms but I have underlying conditions: Hypocalcemia, post Thyroid removal. For me it started with muscle twitches week ago and now pins an needles. My calcium is low therefore that is one of the symptoms of Hypocalcemia but that is due to surgery. I am pretty sure these symptoms for others and maybe myself also is caused by one of the below: Autoimmune disease (your autoimmune attacking healthy nerves, spine issue, neurological damage due to underlying condition like MS, vitamin deficiency or something else like exposure to toxins. Keep searching for the cause as your body is trying to tell something is wrong rarely physical issues relates to stress etc. I have been misdiagnosed with stress twice. Instead it was Thyroid cancer and endometriosis. Therefore do not give up and you'll find the cause of your suffering. Do not rely on doctors 100% go for more tests to have facts rather then assumption.
