Pins and Needles All Over My Body?

have you found anything out? I have the same symptoms and also have small children, so I am worried all of the time!

Possible Solution:  I have the same pins and needles condition that others have expressed.  I've had this for like 8 years now.  I've been to neurologist, dermotologists, urologist and all other ologist to no availe.  However, my suggestion is that if you want to have relief, then go to a sauna.  The sauna is the only reason that I can still go to work, especially during the late fall and winter months. 

Yes, you will experience that burning pins and needles sensation at first.  However, if you do the sauna thing 3 times a week, your pain will be less and less each time.  This will allow you to function in society even in stressful situations. 

Lastly, I've recently started taking Magnesium and Flexseed Oil per others on this site to see if that will also help.  Hopefully it does, but sauna treatments are a great temporary solution.

I'm wondering if you ever got an answer because I have the same feelings. I also have anxiety but haven't been on my medication for almost a year.

It looks like no-one has a single definitive answer for what causes these problems. The best thing to do is just try some of the treatments that people have suggested, especially an MRI or an appointment with a neurologist to rule out MS. keep positive and don't let it take over your life.

ya im a kid and i get this alot i worry about stupid stuff alot but i dident know my doctor said i was vitiman d deficant but that has to due with depresion but i do notice that it goes away when i get chiropracted.

hi, it seems a lot of people are suffering from these extreme sensations, i have been suffering from pins and needles with burning sensations for about 8 months now and the best way to describe it is that it feels as if someones plugged me in the mains and being electricuted all day long. Doctor says it could be anxiety, seen a neurologist and he says it is a neuro induced pain sensation, and the pychologist said it is anxiety which i have had cbt it has helped a little but has not cured it. I bet if i go to the dermotologist he will say it is skin related, point i am making is that the professionals dont even know for certain what it is how can we be certain. 

These sensations have affected my life in a big way and sounds as though everyone else is in the same boat, i am 34 yrs old and a family man and an outgoing person with ambitions and these ambitions are put on hold for now.

But i have a suggestion for everyone here and believe we can help each other by collecting data of everybody so we can see what most or all have in common that way at least we can pin point towards something. Informations such as age, weight, occupation, diet, children, other illness, and injuries, any genetic related illnesses, personality, these are only some of the data we can collect any other we need are welcome and some one from here can collect them and relay that back to us.

Please am only suggesting as i am desperate to have my life back somebody help, everybody help each other

 

 

Hello....i am a 41 yr old male and 11 years ago for no reason i know of my whole body felt like it was doused with gasoline and lit of fire.  It started with my eyes about 2 weeks before and i thought it may have been an allergy or something. The pain is excrutiating and it has not let up in 11 years.  The doctors have no idea what it is.  Basically they labelled it anxiety, because the only thing that helps the burning pain is clonazapam, lorazapam...i have been taking clonazapam for 11 years for the pain and if i go a day without it the burning pain is excrutiating, worse than the worse sunburn times 10. I am so weary of the dependency on the clonazapam and I am desperate for an answer as to what im suffering from.  At least if i could find an over the counter substitue instead of the benzo's.  I have been a slave to benzos for 11 years because of this pain. Please can anyone give me any help here?  Thankyou...

Hey there, hang in there. I am 50 and have been going through this since 28yrs old when I was hurt at work. I also have no sleep, buzzing, shooting pains, chronic pain, etc. Some days I wish I could just die and get it over with but I can't. I have a 16yr old daughter that I am raising pretty well on my own and she needs me. I don't know how I keep going many days but I do and I am always glad I do. There are not many great days for me but my daughter is wonderful and I can't imagine not being here for her. I know that it would almost destroy her if I were to die. As much as I pray for an end to all this I also pray that I am around long enough for her to become a grown woman, then I think about all the major steps to come for her and ten I want to live forever. Look outside yopurself and you will find the strength to carry on and plug your way through and find happiness in so many other places I know it's hard, really hard but I also know it can be done. Getthis-I was even declared daed in the hospital in 94' from a med reaction. I had to be coded and almost didn't make it. If I didn't, my daughter wouldn't be gere and the world would be a worse off place for that.

i am also facing the same problem since last 10 years but haven't found any solution.  The strange thing is that i just suffers this strange diseases in WINTER SEASONS only. i visited some doctors but results were not so good. Then i took the help of AYURVEDA...i don't know how many of you believe in AYURVEDA but  it helped me upto 75 % of relaxation. i found the reason that my blood/liver has high amount of PIT( a hindi word...don't know the english synonym for this).

Other than this, on someone's suggestion, i started drinking 1 spoon of clarified butter of a COW with half glass of milk in the morning (before your breakfast)...The important thing is that i needed to start this diet 2-3 months just before the starting of winter season. it really helped me a lot. but when i stopped taking this diet..i again faced the same problem. so, i do have a temporary solution for this and but no permanent solution :(.

 

please let me know when anyone have solution of this extra ordinary problem.
