Hello everybody. I am one month pregnant and I wanted to know what effect can plaquenil have on me or the fetus? All replies are welcome!
It is actually not clear whether plaquenil has something to do with increased risk of fetus defect. I know that it is advised to use birth control pills during the treatment with plaquenil and 6 months after you have stopped taking it. But like with any other medication you should consult your doctor!!!
