I'm having the same issue while playing Volleyball, I felt on my ACL construction kneey and after that I felt when I walk it make cracking awkward sound ( like cut..cut..) and it make me very sad and help less. Is any expert please spread some light on this how to get rid on this.
Many People and my Family advised not to play such games anymore :''(.
