I will start from the beginning , so I was diagnosed with varicocele on both sides on June 2016 however I decided to try to prolong it due to college (by the way I was 20) but by September I started to get really bad symtomps of heavy sluggish pain every second of everyday not to mention it would get to hot down there and I could get a election , so thankfully I got the bilateral surgery by October 13th my recovery was very difficult I couldn't move for a week and it was very swollen however by two weeks when I went to the follow the stitches were dissolved  and the swelling went significantly down little by little I resumed to normal activites I felt like a new man it was so easy to get an erection I basically had zero pain it was fantastic but thren by December  here is where life got difficult again after A failed attempt of intercorsewith my girlfriend as soon as I got home my left testicle started hurting . It became difficult to get a erection again . I thought maybe I masterbared to much or it was normal however it get avenging ever second of every day not so extreme but enough to feel uncomfortable. So I went to the doctor and he sent me to do a ultrasound the results were normal no cyst no hydrocele no new varicoele so he gave 2  weeks worth of antibiotics he thought it was a minor infection that did not help so he came to the conclusion that maybe my body isn't use to the correct blood flow because it had been incorrect for so long so he said to give it time and it has gotten better instead of hurting all the time it only hurts when I sit down or lay down at the end of the day but when I'm out it's hardly noticeable I mean occasionally there would be some flare ups so I am going to be optimistic and just give it time  it's difficult to get a erection sometimes but the point is to not give up I hope this helps anyone who is scared or worried just give it some time
