I had a tubal ligation 4 1/2 years ago. I have not missed my period for this month, but I have noticed in the last week or so that I have been exceptionally tired, nauseated, peeing a lot and my breasts are sore and tender. I have also noticed that I have a kind of heaviness and a little cramping in my lower abdomen. Could I possibly be pregnant? I don't want to be disappointed by a negative urine or blood test but I want to make sure everything is ok.
