pregnancy risk from brief penetration

This morning I penetrated my girlfriend with no condom on -- it was brief, less than 30 seconds -- I understand that there is a risk that pre-cum can cause pregnancy but am curious whether anyone knows the risks on this. Really stupid, I know -- we put a condom on and I wish we'd been more thoughtful -- like I said, just trying to determine how worried I should be...
