Pregnant and taking methadone without a doctor's supervision

Hi I used to go to a methadone clinic 4 years ago for opiate addiction. I have been clean for 4 years off opiates. When I was a member at the methadone clinic I was on 130mg which was way too high. After being at the clinic for a while I financially couldn't afford it so I weaned down to 10mg and began getting it from a friend. My friend has been giving me 10mg a day for almost 4 years now. I just found out I am pregnant! This was a complete accident qnd I don't want to have a child on this medication.
I am in a terrible situation because number one what I'm doing is not legal. I know I shouldn't just be getting it from a friend but, I can't afford a clinic and I don't drive so I couldn't get there everyday. I was going to wean myself off the last 10mg so the baby wouldnt be born addicted to methadone but, I just don't know. I'm afraid of what a doctor is going to tell me to do but, I don't know what is best for my baby. I don't want to go back to a clinic and have them try to persuade me to start taking a higher dose.
Is 10mg a safe dose to wean off of before the baby is born. Can anyone help me? I need some advise! If anyone knows of any specific doctors or anyone I can talk to please let me know. I want to do the best thing for my baby but, right now I don't even know where to start. What is a doctor going to say if I walk in and tell him "Hi I'm pregnant and taking methadone from a friend"?
