So I am 18 years old and in college. About a month ago I had unprotected sex
someone. I was drunk and don't really remember it but he said he pulled out. I'm not sure if I can trust his judgement because he was apparently a virgin. I never got plan b because I was too embarrassed and scared but now I'm about a week late on my period. There is white vaginal discharge that resembles lotion which started a few days ago. I don't think I have any other signs of pregnancy, sometimes cramping but that's it. I am really really hoping its not pregnancy. What else could it be? What should I do? Please help

The simplest thing to do is in get a pregnancy test kit and test yourself then if it shows nothing get yourself to the doctor and get checked out.

You should definately get the pregnancy test. if you are pregnant, the decision is yours whether or not to abort but i would highly discourage it. there is such thing as post abortion sndrome where you experience extreme guilt from having an abortion.
