i was just wondering what i could do to increase my energy... i am 10 weeks pregnant with my second child and find myself falling asleep while walking. i am tired all the time. i also get random dizziness though out the day, where i will have to sit down for up to 10 mins. im a vegatarian but eat fairly healthly and take preg vitimans. i dont want to bother the doctors with this since when i was pregnant with my son they juat told me everything was due to being pregnant (back pain at 4 weeks along...) i also have been having some soreness, not cramps, in my adoman (tummy) but figered that to my son going through a hitting stage (trying to explain not to hit my tummy to a 16 month old) and had been trying to hit me there. i also having soreness in my genitals to the point sex is so painfull i am not doing it. so just if any one had some suggestions that may help that would be nice.
Hi there,
The tiredness and dizzy spells may be either low/high blood pressure and or a iron deficency, If your not sleeping properly there is a good chance your body is not having enough time to heal or support itself and your baby and is then using every ounce of strength and nutrician that you have to keep your baby from being under developed. If i was you i would go see a doctor and get a few tests done to see if you might need a boost of iron or some changes in your diet to keep your strength up.
Back pain is quite normal during all stages of pregnancy and if you are suffering from morning sickness that would explain the soreness in your stomach. The stomach muscles might just be strained.
Hope this helps a little bit.
