Although my exercise term are regularly planed, and I am maintain the program of diet and work out, as my trainer give me, I still have problems with it. I tried to talk it over with my trainer, but he is ensuring me that it will pase. My problem is concentration. I have problem concentrating after increased exercise. I am student and this is really bothering me.

It is normal in people with low blood pressure who has exercise terms in morning to have bad or none concentration. It is more often when you have increased exercise trainings. The other reasons for bad concentration is low sugar level in blood after training. In that case a snack bar might help you. If you have already tried this maybe you should ask your GP for advice.
