Hi. I'm 24 year old male and just the other day, in the locker room I have noticed some strange rash in my armpit.
I'm training basketball and you understand that I sweat a lot. So, I though it was some irritation and that’s all. But I was wrong.
The red rash, in two days, turned into painful zit like blisters. This got me really worried right now because I don’t know what could be the cause. I haven’t talked with any doctor over this because I'm still hopping that it will disappear by it self. Am I doing the right thing or what. What should be my next move?

Well, when I'm thinking about your problem, only next move that would be logical would be contacting your general practitioner.
You were probably right- maybe it all really started with some harmless rash caused by sweating and irritation but after it- you have probably develop some kind of infection.
A blister occurs when the epidermis of the skin separates from the inner layer. It occurs in most cases after bacterial or fungal infection.
It isn’t so hard to treat with appropriate medications and that’s why- contact your GP as soon as you can and there shouldn’t be any problems. I'm the meantime, avoid excessive sweating and usage of some strong deodorants!
