puressre on right side of head off and on for about 3 months it does not fill like a headace but wor

i would suggest seeing a dr. dont let anyone judge you on something wrong with your head. I had pain on my r side and still get pain there but drs. cant seem to find anythingwrong there. Sometimes we feel the  blood in our vessels moving . Ive had xrays and they found nothing there. I dont know is that a good sign or what......ha  ha  call a dr.
