Have you heard of Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS)?

HS causes big pus-filled boils that bleed.  People with large boils tend to drain them cause they are big and painful.

Also, not many Dr's are clued up on this condition and see them just as boils.

I am 27 too and have the exact same thing! I am so happy to know I not alone with this. I went to a doctor and he has no idea but says that our lumps are skin infections that could be a symptom of liver disease, diabetes ect. He gave me antibiotics and the lumps went away but the scars r still there and I am supposed to go for a blood test when I am 18 because my mom won't consent.

i also get these bumps that start off small and get bigger with continued irritation to that area. I get them from sitting for long periods of time sitting on my ass playing call of duty all day or waistline of my pants.the first one i squeezed which is the wrong thing to do eventually had to go to the hospital where it had to be lanced and drained(very painful).i found out about a product called black tar or ichthamol sold at most cvs and brookshires stores. This product is like tar, smells like tar, looks like tar. I see one coming take a new shaving razor blade(new) remove the blade sterilize the area lance the bump dont squeeze it. Put some of this stuff on a bandaid and put it on the bump overnight or as long as necessary. the black tar will draw out the infection this stuff works! per my experience the bump is gone or receeding to nothingness. do not squeeze these bumps drives the infection deeper.

I dont know the proper medical term but it sounds like a build up of the stuff that waterproofs our skin (I suffer from this myself). Theres nothing you can do to stop them but you can either squeeze them yourself to drain them (though this is painful and makes them more prone to infection) or you can go to the doctors and theyll usually remove them for you.

There are many types of skin problems. It seems to me you have a skin condition that is rarer but not untreatable.

Pustular Psoriasis

It can be genetic, which is my case. Both parents had forms of Psoriasis and I got the rare one. I get clusters of pus-nodules on the back of one leg twice a year, change of season from cold to warm then hot to cold. You have to figure out your triggers and try to elimanate them. Below is the Web-MD page so you can read up on it. It could be Folliculitis, too. (also found on Web-MD) Nothing to serious but get to a Doctor instead of scaring yourself, that way you can be sure.

Mason Hughs, tell your parents. It is important to make sure they always know when there is a problem. It could be a Strep or Staph infection for you and all you need is antibiotics. My son hid a rash from me, it got so bad he finally told me. Instead of only 7 days of antibiotics he had to take them for a month and use a smelly soap. Do not hide rashes, bumps or injuries from your parents. You can make them worse. BTW - I hid many problems from my parents and I hurt myself in the end. Don't be a silly goose like me.
