Thats for fingering in but you can rub, up & down or side to side depending on how she likes it her clit on the top part of the vaginal soft at first and then work out how hard to push down and start doing both.

No, not her urethra (her pee hole), please. Her vaginal opening (which is big enough to take your penis, while her pee hole isn't) is just below her pee hole which is just below her clitoris. Her clit is the little "button"  at the top of her vulva, nestled between her lips, right at the top. Treat it VERY gently, as it has WAAYY more nerve endings than the head of your penis, but it is roughly analogous to that organ.

A woman's primary organ for sexual stimulation (beyond her brain, that is) is her clitoris. If she is wet inside her vagina, you can gently dip your fingers in there to pick up some of her lubrication, then slide them up alongside her clit, one finger or two, with the clit between them, VERY gently at first.
