I am a relatively health 29 year old male but resently my ejaculation have become painful. Not a prolonged pain just a quick shot of pain then it's gone. Sometimes a few small gelatinous chunks in semen. No urinary problems (no urgency, pain, blood, nothing). Anyone have suggestion or common situations?
I have the exact same symptoms that you have described. I'm 40 years old. Have other symptoms that you may or may not be aware of.

What other symptoms are there that you aren't sharing? Are there ones that we should kjnow about if we're going to help you diagnose this issue?

I am glad that I found your post because I have this two for 5 years now. I noticed it started and has now continued after I started taking the hair loss drug propecia with finasteride as the main ingredient. Have you guys taken this drug as well. I did research years ago and some other guys that took propecia had the "small jelly like chunks" in their semen. It is definitely these chunks that cause the pain. I am certain of that. I thought I had an STD but I was fine. The moral of the story out there guys is DON'T TAKE DRUGS. Just because they are available DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY ARE SAFE. This one really pissed me off at first but what can you do other than deal with hair loss like a man.
