Just a little background info, im a 21 year old male and im heavily active. I skateboard at least for an hour everyday more so on the weekends but for whatever reason by the end of my sessions Ill get really bad headaches and my face will turn a deep red color. Ive looked around a bit and ive heard people talk about these syptoms being associated with low blood pressure??? I always amke sure to be hydrated before I skate and ill bring water with me. Thanksfor your time :-)

As far as I know, bad headaches are usually associated with high blood pressure, rather than low blood pressure. You can put this to rest by measuring your BP before and after skateboarding. Buy yourself a self-inflate BP monitor at the local drugstore or supermarket. High blood pressure is not limited to older people.
