Hi, i am 31 years old. I have been having small amount of blood on stool, lots of mucus, and i can feel when i wipe hard, or strain a large, round hard mass inside my rectum. What could this be.

I have recently had the same thing. It can be at best a hemroid or at worst cancer. Please see your doctor as soon as possible. Either way it is best to catch this early for the best results. Wishing you well!
