Hi i am 14 years old and after having sex for the first time (without protection) i noticed that about a day or two later i started to get these red bumps on the tip of my penis and under foreskin and they didnt become itchy until about 2 days later i do shower daily with soap and i do use a body wash axe to be specific it would be greatfully apriciated if someone could help me and let me know what i could do to get rid of this
