After having sex, three days later i saw a few pimple like bumps on my penis. They are not painful or itch. The bumps are small & red. No symtoms but just concern. Three days later I noticed that they have increased to about ten or so pimple like bumps on the penis and now a couple on the shaft. No irritation when i urinate. I feel the same except when i look at the bumps (which concern me). What could it be? I doubt herpes because I have no pain & doesn't look ulcerative. Could it be bacterial infection from the sex? Yeast from the sex? Just vigorous sex? Dying to find out before i make an appointment. I think they will just go away but i would like to know what's going on.

Did you use protection during sex? I doubt that it's caused from vigorous sex...you could possibly have an STD there man. You do have a lot of the symptoms. The bumps don't have to be painful for it to be an STD. It's best that you go schedule an appointment with your doctor and get it checked out ASAP.
