hi im 15 and about 2 weeks ago cut my scrotum and now there are red bumps all over it and it itches.if this has anything do do with is one of my family members was just diognosed with psoriasis and i wondering if it can be that and i am not sexually active.

A psoriasis is an immune disorder and it could be inherited but it is highly unlikely you would develop them after having your scrotal skin cut.
If your bumps look like pimples, it is quite likely that bacteria managed to get under the skin when you had it cut and they are what is causing the itchiness. Or it could be some kind of yeast infection although yeast usually don’t cause bumps, only redness and itchiness.
This is just my opinion, I reckon you would be better off with dermatologist or maybe even a GP. They could tell just by looking at it. They may prescribe you with an antibiotic or some kind of steroid cream and the bumps would probably go away soon.
