hello, i ate a really hot pepper right, and like, it was fine and then all of a sudden my scrotum area started to feel like it was on fire! so bad that i was legitamately about to cry! please help!

Great balls a fire! Hope it's over with by now. I'm guessing you got some pepper juice on your hands and touched yourself. I've done siimilat. Make sure you wash the juice off before touching this area. Did that one time when I went to pee. Like to had roasted my weenie.
