sir i am 39 years of age (male ) , my weight is 62 kilograms. from past 3 months i am doing workout and cardio at gym. i do both weights and cardio excercise. some people saying that doing weight lifting will be reduce the sex power. so i just wants to know weather this is true or if it is true , what kind of precaution i have to do. is there any harm to sexual relation if i do weightlifting. pls advise me your suggestion and details related to this topic.
